229.. RCI Report under Pairin for what?

Is the subject matter of RCIIIS a political or criminal matter?  What can IMPOTENT (balls-less) politicians do if it is a CRIMINAL misadventure by known CRIMINALS in Government - same feather flock together for more evil?
So the RCIIIS Report committee if the intention is good should be extended widely so that the punch is available.

Under the "drunkard" person, nothing good  would come out and do we have to wait another 27 years to see something when all genuine locals are refugees in own land.  H e was in power then.

Does he dare (got balls?) to challenge Mahathir and Musa Aman over the Project IC?

For Pairin it is a totally lost case since 1987 when he was CM and more interested in the timber money and power grab. Joshua

“We have discussed the matter in the Cabinet that the reports will be made public in early December. And I have agreed that Tan Sri Pairin and Tan Sri Dompok to lead a committee to refine the reports,” said Najib.

16th November, 2014 KOTA KINABALU: The Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) Reports on the presence of illegal immigrants in Sabah will be made public next month.
And Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan and Upko honorary president and former federal minister Tan Sri Bernard Giluk Dompok will be appointed to lead a committee to refine the reports and take subsequent action.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak made the announcement when launching Upko Extraordinary Delegations and Convention at Likas Sports Complex here yesterday.
“We have discussed the matter in the Cabinet that the reports will be made public in early December. And I have agreed that Tan Sri Pairin and Tan Sri Dompok to lead a committee to refine the reports,” said Najib.
On the seizure of Christian books and compact discs containing the word ‘Allah’ by Custom Department, Najib said it was returned back when Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Tan Sri Joseph Kurup raised the matter in the Cabinet based on the spirit of the Ten Points Solution agreed upon in 2011.
“The seizure is not a sign of weaknesses in the Barisan Nasional but it is a question of implementation and interpretation of the policy,” said the BN chairman.
On the request to increase the five per cent oil royalty, Najib said although it has not been fulfilled Sabah is indirectly getting RM1 billion or equal to an increase of five per cent of oil royalty from the transport of gas from Sabah Oil and Gas Terminal in Kimanis to Bintulu for processing into liquefied natural gas (LNG) at the Petronas LNG Complex for export.
“I assured that the revenue for Sabah from oil resources will be increased in time to come,” assured Najib.
The Prime Minister also reassured that the security of Sabah will always be looked after by the federal government as enshrined in the Constitution when the federation of Malaysia was formed.
“When some quarters want to claim Sabah and threatened her security, we in the federal defended Sabah during the Lahad Datu incidents and all those (security forces) who perished are from the peninsula,” he said.
“And as BN chairman I don’t prevent others from speaking up, I always gave room to BN component parties to voice out their views, opinions and suggestions because we are like a family and I am like the father with 13 children (members in the component parties),” he added.
In BN, we must inculcate the spirit of camaraderie and teamwork to help each other, because what goes up can also go down, he said.
And Upko must strive to work hard together with other component parties as in the 13th General Election, they only managed to secure 30 per cent of the Kadazandusun votes, he said.
“We are always open for discussion as Upko will always be with us as a comrade in BN. I will take into consideration whatever suggestions and opinions voice out by Upko,” said Najib.
The Prime Minister said the BN government has a proven track record in administering the country.
“When I attended the 25th Asean Summit in Myanmar recently, all the leaders look up on Malaysia.
“And we are given the chairmanship for next year’s summit, this shows that they have the confidence of the BN-led government in bringing development and unity in Malaysia,” said Najib.
He said urged the people not to be easily influenced by irresponsible quarters who are trying to tarnish the country’s image through the social media.

Najib said he also agreed that Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan, as the Deputy Chief Minister, head the committee to study and implement the recommendations in the report.
RCI report on illegals to be released next month
Published on: Sunday, November 16, 2014
THE findings of the much-awaited Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on illegal immigrants in Sabah will be tabled in Parliament before the budget sitting ends early next month, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib, assured.
"Maybe more time was needed to look at it (but) we have discussed in the (Federal) Cabinet. It will be tabled by early next month," he said, when opening the Upko 2014 Convention at the Kota Kinabalu Sports Complex multi-purpose hall in Likas, Saturday.
The Prime Minister's assurance was met with thunderous applause from Upko delegates and observers.
Najib said he also agreed that Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan, as the Deputy Chief Minister, head the committee to study and implement the recommendations in the report.
He was responding to the call earlier by Upko Acting President Datuk Wilfred Madius Tangau for the Government to release the RCI findings before the current Parliament sitting ends.
He said Upko raised the matter first before Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) followed suit and it was agreed upon by Sabah Umno that led to the setting up of the commission, even though it took a little time.
He said the RCI was set up due to solidarity among Barisan Nasional (BN) component parties. However, BN component parties from Sabah namely Upko, Parti Bersatu Sabah, Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) along with the opposition have questioned the delay in disclosing the findings despite the inquiry panel having finished its task for quite some time.
Several Federal ministers have said that the RCI report would be released during the current Parliament sitting but it was the first time that the Prime Minister had personally given his assurance on the matter.

He said the decision was made at a cabinet meeting yesterday.
“I agree with the suggestion that Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan as Sabah Deputy Minister, should head the committee to peruse the contents of the report,” he said.

KOTA KINABALU: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the Report on the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) to investigate the illegal immigrant issue in Sabah would be tabled next month.
He said the decision was made at a cabinet meeting yesterday.
“I agree with the suggestion that Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan as Sabah Deputy Minister, should head the committee to peruse the contents of the report,” he said.
Najib said this while launching the United Pasokmomogun Kadazandusun Murut Organisation (Upko) convention, here yesterday.
Also present were Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman, who is also state Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman, Upko acting president Datuk Madius Tangau, and Upko honorary president Tan Sri Bernard Dompok.
Recently, some state BN component parties proposed that the special committee on illegal immigrants, which had been formed earlier and chaired by Pairin, be re activated. The RCI was set up on Aug 11, 2012.
It was chaired by former Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak, Tan Sri Steve Shim.
Its other members were Universiti Malaysia Sabah former vice chancellor Prof Datuk Seri Dr Kamaruzaman Ampon, Kuala Lumpur ex police chief Datuk Henry Chin Poy Wu, ex state secretary Datuk Kee Mustafa and former deputy chief minister Tan Sri Herman J Luping, who is also an ex state attorney general.
Najib said the government’s decision to table the RCI report showed its earnestness in wanting to resolve the issue.
He believes there is no issue that could not be settled through the principle of friendship in the party.
The prime minister also said he took the 10 points that had been agreed by the cabinet concerning religion, seriously, and would act fairly towards believers of other faiths in the country.
As an example, he said, the government made the decision to return the religious items seized by Customs at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, to the recipients in Sabah. — Bernama
