RCIIIS is all about the Population Census of Sabah in 1970, 1980, 1991, 2000 and 2010.
RCIIIS is the only RCI in Sabah since 1963 hence 50 Jubilee is the year of change.
So go for it now to debunk all those rubbish coming out of the RCIIIS and if viewed positively,
all those information only confirm EPIC of Sabah or EXTRA PEOPLE IDENTITY CARDS of 1.5 to 2m now.
I will be writing a book EPIC of Sabah 4th Edition RCIIIS 2013 Edition to be ready with the first manuscript before 29 January, 2013. .
